What ScriptKit is

ScriptKit is an AI tool that helps short-form video creators generate scripts. You paste a viral video URL, we extract its structure, and we generate three rewritten scripts in your voice for your niche.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. By using ScriptKit, you confirm you are.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

What you can and can't do with ScriptKit

You CAN:

• Use ScriptKit for your own content creation (personal or business)
• Edit, customize, and publish the scripts we generate
• Cancel your subscription anytime

You CANNOT:

• Use ScriptKit to generate scripts that promote violence, hate, illegal activity, harassment, or deception
• Reverse engineer the service, scrape our API, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use ScriptKit on behalf of someone else without their permission
• Resell or redistribute ScriptKit access without our written agreement

Source video URLs and copyright

When you paste a TikTok or Instagram Reel URL into ScriptKit, you're telling us you have the right to remix that content's STRUCTURE for your own purposes. ScriptKit extracts the underlying structure (hook patterns, CTAs, mechanics) and rebuilds a new script in your voice. We do not reproduce the source creator's exact words, visuals, or branded elements.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the rewritten scripts complies with copyright law and platform terms of service in your jurisdiction. ScriptKit is a tool for studying viral structure; you are responsible for what you create with it.

Generated content ownership

You own the scripts ScriptKit generates for you. We don't claim any rights to your output. You can use, edit, and monetize your scripts however you want, subject to the copyright caveat above.

AI output disclaimer

ScriptKit uses AI to generate scripts. AI output is not perfect. We do not guarantee that:

• Your scripts will go viral or perform any specific way
• The scripts will be free of errors
• The generated content perfectly captures your voice on the first try

Use ScriptKit as a starting point. Review and edit before publishing.

Subscription and payment

ScriptKit offers paid subscription tiers (Start, Pro, Agency). Pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

• Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Stripe handles all payments.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• No mid-cycle refunds: We don't refund partial months. You retain access until the end of the cycle you paid for.
• Failed payments: If a charge fails, we'll retry. If it continues to fail, your subscription pauses until you update your payment method.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or for other legitimate business reasons. If we terminate without cause, we'll refund any prepaid unused subscription time. If we terminate for cause, we don't owe refunds.

You can terminate your account anytime by deleting it.

Disclaimers and limits

ScriptKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of ScriptKit is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, profits, or content
• Damages caused by third-party services (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, Gemini API, Supadata, Base44)
• Issues caused by your misuse of generated scripts

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of ScriptKit, content you generate, or your violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to courts in Wyoming.
